Welcome

On the behalf of NASPCAN (the Nordic Association for Preventing Child Abuse and Neglect) we invite you to the 11th Nordic conference that will be held as a webinar. The theme of the conference is “Hearing the Voice of Children and Young People”.

We have a number of significant key-speakers that will provide talks linked to the conference theme. Howard Dubowitz, professor of pediatrics and a world leader on neglect. The other invited speakers Linnea Karlsson (Finland), Laura Lundy (Northern Ireland), Jonna Turunen (Finland) and Carolina Överlien (Norway/Sweden) represents a broad knowledge and expertise in the fields of brain development, psychology, social work and law relevant to professionals working in the child abuse and neglect area. All will focus on helping us understand the voice of children and young people in a deeper way.

We are convinced that this webinar, the 11th in the history of NASPCAN will follow the same trend as previous conferences delivering significant value and quality. We hope you will join us for the webinar.
